A new website has been launched for Paula Solloway.

Paula Solloway is creative freelance photographer based in Skipton, North Yorkshire, working for the national and regional press, arts organisations, local businesses, housing associations, charities and local government. The original website we developed for Paula over 5 years ago had served her well but it was time for a new fresh look and feel.

Half Moon Cafe launched

The new website has been launched for the Half Moon Cafe.

The Half Moon Cafe is a voluntary organisation run by Saltaire Cricket Club in partnership with the local community. Over 40 shareholders including members of the club, individuals and groups in the local community bought shares worth £100 each raising a total of over £25,000 for the setting up the cafe in Spring 2010.

Website redesign

It’s been a couple of years since we did anything to the design of our website so we thought it was about time we updated the look a little. We’ve had a busy year and as a result this has taken a little longer than planned, but here we are. The underlying WordPress platform remains the same; it’s just the front end that’s been updated.

Studio update

We’ve had a few busy months here at Salts Studios. Along with a change of location from Shipley over to Woodlesford, we’ve had a new addition to the Salts Studios family in the guise of Archer Henry, who was born on April 21st. Not only that but Sunday at 8 has gone live after spending over 6 months in the studio, as well as the acquisition of new website deliveries for RSM and Orean.

We’ve have also been requested to stay on site at Orange in Leeds for a further 3 months to see through the delivery of the second phase of user journey enhancements of the new Orange Business website. All in all, we have had a very positive year so far.

We still however had a little time to update the look of our website, www.salts-studios.com. A new location we felt warranted a site update – any excuse! Keep you eye’s peeled as a new theme will be live shortly.

Therapi launched

Beautyspot Cosmetics launched

It has been a long time coming, but finally the all new Beautyspot Cosmetics ecommerce web site was launched at the end of last month.

Beautyspot Cosmetics is the number one search result for “discounted cosmetics” on Google to date and has been for over two years. We were set the task to redevelop the site as it was looking a little tired, and needed a facelift.

Season’s Greetings

We’ve had a busy year in 2008 and as a result are planning to take a well earned break over the Christmas period.

Although we may be off at Christmas, we never close down completely and are still contactable should we be needed in the case of any emergencies. Please see the contact page for further details.

In the run up to Christmas however we have had a hectic few weeks. The Beauty Spot Cosmetics online store is undergoing the final stage of testing in preparation for it’s January launch, and just last Friday we released the new web site for the Admiral Benbow Pub in Shrewsbury, developed on top of the WordPress platform we love so much.

May I just take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and prosperous 2009 from all the team here at Salts Studios.
